Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on stollicloting.com (the "Website") and your use of the Website itself.

You may want to print a copy of these for future reference.

In these terms "we" refers to stolliclothing and "you" and "your" refers to any visitor to the Website or any more stolliclothing customer.

PRICES & CURRENCIES ACCEPTED

All prices are shown on the Website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments, which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees, must be made by via Worldpay and only cards accepted by Worldpay can make payments.

stolliclothing can accept payment in £ sterling (GBP). All currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.

All prices are as stated on the Website but stolliclothing reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.

PAYMENT DETAILS & SECURITY

All payments to stolliclothing are handled securely by WorldPay (Internet Service Payment Providers). WorldPay accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Solo (and any other card agreed by them from time to time).

Payment is taken as soon as you place your order and will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased.

Upon processing a transaction, WorldPay will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.

stolliclothing does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by WorldPay

EXCHANGES

stolliclothing is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply:

1. Return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. The garment must be returned with all original tags . We have extended our returns period to 30 days for orders placed between 1st December 07 - 22nd December 07.

2. Complete the form on the reverse of your invoice and send the invoice, item to our returns address: Returns @ stolliclothing 6 Jubilee Rd Bradninch Devon EX5 4PF, UK

Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot exchange goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a saleable condition.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with proof of posting (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).

REFUNDS

Return the unused items along with your ) to us at our returns address (stated above) within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will only be made if items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Unfortunately, we will not refund items which are returned to us after the 14 days period (or within 30 days if purchased between 1 December – 22 December 2007).

Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a saleable condition. If we believe that reasonable care has not been taken of items in your possession we will contact you by email and may not be able to make a full refund for goods.

We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) if the terms of return are adhered to.

Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made.

WARRANTIES

stolliclothing is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
